@@StephenGPope Now that I'm thinking more about your comment - I think I'm more interested in seeing some use cases for a realtime voice API like eleven labs so I can have a natural conversation with the agent. I have an airtable database with unique data to my fashion brand (product info, orders, FAQs, SOPs, etc). I also have my vector database set up. I'm interested in building a realtime customer service assistant that can help customers with questions about their orders by pulling info from airtable & Shopify.

That's actually quite a ton of work, and very insightful! What do you think of computer use agents for automation? I also came across Workbeaver AI where you demonstrate what you want automated, then it will do and run the task on local PC. It gets rid of the manual conditional formatting for the people who don't want to deal with it. Have you tried anything similar?

That will have it's place too, but also has some different use cases, so yes I think they are cool it just really depends on the project.
