30 வருடத்திற்கு முன்பு கல்லூரியில் படித்தபோது என் சக தோழிகள் என்னை தனிமைப்படுத்தி என் பெட்டியில் எனக்கு வரும் கடிதங்களை எனக்கு த் தெரியாமல் படித்து என்னை கேலி கிண்டல் செய்து என்னிடம் யாரும் பேசாமல் காரணமின்றி தவிர்த்தார்கள்.நான் நடுநிலையான ஜாதி. ஆனால் என்னை அனைவரும் புறக்கணித்து மன உளைச்சலுக்கு ஆளாகி ஒரு வருடம் கழித்து தான் டிகிரி முடித்தேன். ஆனால் தற்போது அரசு வேலை பெற்ற உயர் பதவிகளில் அமர்ந்துள்ளேன்.என்னை கிண்டல் செய்தவர்கள் யாரும் நலமுடன் இல்லை எந்த அரசுப் பதவியிலும் இல்லை என்று தான் பிற்பாடு கேள்விப்பட்டேன். ஆனால் 4 வருட படிப்பில் நான் பட்ட அவமானங்கள் கொஞ்ச நஞ்சமில்ல. கறுப்பு பக்கங்கள் அவைகள்.

OBC மக்கள் திருந்த வேண்டும். அந்தந்த மாநிலங்களில் உள்ள OBC இன மக்கள் தான் இந்தியா முழுவதும் உள்ள SC,ST இனத்தவரை சாதி பாகுபாடு கொடுமை படுத்துகிறார்கள் சாதியில் உயர்ந்தவர் என்ற மனப்போக்காக நடந்து கொள்கிறார்கள். இந்த இரண்டு இனத்தவரும் ஒற்றுமையானால் இத்தகைய பிரச்சனைகளை சுலபமாக தீர்த்து விடலாம். இது நடக்குமா ?

I request Puthiya thalaimurai to discuss why a decent number of Tamil Nadu students are not entering IITs and NITs. When so many Andhra students are studying in IIT MADRAS, why are TN students lagging far behind ? Can we have a discussion on this ? You are good at setting narrative. Targeting central government institutions only.

Don't you have caste discrimination towards OBC and SC, ST students? It is only because of this discrimination Thanthai Periyar organized people against this and won the battle and that's why TAMILNADU stands 1st in higher education pursuing ratio.

My son and daughter studied in IIT and IIM. There is no discrimination of caste except drug addicts. Only they will not move with other fellow students and they only fellow and move with fellow drug addicts.

புதிய தலைமுறை முதலில் அண்ணா பல்கலைக்கழகம் கட்டுப்பாட்டுக்குள் வரும் பொறியியல் கல்லூரிகளில் ஒரே ஆசிரியர் பத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்ட கல்லூரியில் பணியில் இருந்து கள்ளக்கணக்கு காண்பிக்க பல்கலைக்கழகம் துணை போகிறது. இது பற்றிய விவாதம் ஏன் உங்களைப் போன்ற தொடர்களில் வருவதில்லை?

பொதுத்துறை நிறுவனங்களை தனியாருக்கு தாரைவார்த்து அதனா‌ல் தரமான சேவை கிடைக்குமென்று சொல்லும் ஒன்றிய அரசு ஐ.ஐ.டி மற்றும் ஐஐஎம் போன்ற கல்வி நிறுவனங்களை தனியாருக்கு கொடுக்கவில்லை. ஏனெனில் அங்கு படிப்பவர்கள் யாரென்று எல்லோருக்கும் தெரியும் அவர்கள் மக்களின் வரிப்பணத்தில் படிப்பார்கள் இலவசமாக .

IIT has been dominated by the upper castes students and staff in the past. I had been to IIT and witnessed caste discrimination on its campus. It would be subtle and undercurrent. It can be sensed with normal I.Q. I myself had counseled one such SC student crying due to discrimination when I had visited my son. He felt confident after that. Even a tamilian IIT teaching staff was vexed and disappointed with her colleagues. Suicides happen mostly among SC/ ST students. There are many drop outs among them. Though there have been institutional mechanisms in place subsequently, things are not effective in molding the oppressed class students. There must be serious flaws in its functioning - deliberately or otherwise. They must be plugged. After all, humans are the same at birth. Caste is unique only to india. In the name of caste, few students and staff should be allowed to reap IIT education benefits with the majority neglected in IIT.
