What if someone because of financial issues wasn't able to renew his documents and when he went to renew the document like pollution, you'll impose 10k fine on him that too ir-reasonable amount what justice are you providing to the needy. These day's biker's are installing loud silencers in their bike so traffic should impose heavy penalty on those violating noise pollution act. My house being at road it is very disturbing during night's and my mother who is even suffering from heart problem and she get's sudden awake during night's due to these irresponsible bikers.
