I followed all the steps, I only skipped the external website configuration, since I don't need it in my case, I simply test the call from amazon connect. However I get an error everytime it enters the Get customer input block in connect. I don't have insight on this error, I was wondering if maybe you know what could cause the error or something? Great tutorial btw

Giving this error on htmp page "We’re unable to load chat at this time. Please refresh the page to retry, or try again later" And while call part is also not working
