I recommend for the eyes is drawing them on the pet and then paint it after making sure you like it, I do it all the time for my customs, the custom came out amazing she’s better then my first custom new sub btw!!

i saw this in hello studios comments but you can attach the pet to some kind of moveable container eg vitamin container so you can move the pet around and hold it up but don’t actually touch it while painting.
