Originally there was this sense to not comment bc your friends aren’t public figures, but now that this is a continued thing, it does feel worth mentioning that I think you’ve undervalued your particular skill as a content creator and what made it so unique to your success. I think yr girl group is beyond lovely but not necessarily creators I seek to watch, while your unique voice absolutely is… The channel has felt overproduced and a little inauthentic recently. I’m sure it’s been a struggle to navigate a new era of life, but it’s the respect and loyalty I’ve felt toward you that has made me wanna stick around despite not vibing. “If it’s not for you don’t watch” feels so callous of people to comment when I’m coming from years of viewership and support, WANTING to support your endeavors. Love sierra love the friends and female support. With that being said I wish there was a balance, not every video requires others, it can get chaotic. Example this video really eould have been next level with sierra solely. HOWEVER the bra fitting video was epic with all the ladies included. There has to be a fine balance to grow your channel without turning off long term viewers. People were drawn to Sierra alot in part due to her energy and personality not every friend while lovely in their own right, matches her energy and vibe. Lets be honest her views are down since she went to a team format, thats not negative thats just what it is, you can go and look. I want her and all the ladies to succeed but i dont think this is the move long term.

I haven't watched this channel in a while so I'm not up to speed with things, but could this change have anything to do with her being a mom of a young child and wanting to delegate more tasks to others and organize her time differently? Or maybe she got tired of the old format and wanted to shift her responsibilities to more creative director and less on-camera talent. But whatever the reason, it seems like she wanted a change.

I had subscribed to Sierra way back when! I loved the content she put out and used to wait for her her uploads. Her collabs used to be so fun too( the ones with Carrie and Lisa were my favorite). I am not opposed to this content but strictly sticking to this type of content is making me skip videos. I don’t mind watching it once in a while. I get that many of her subscribers are feeling this way but was scared to give a feedback because some would say “if you don’t like it then don’t watch it “ which is exactly what i do! But I think to get the feel of what her audience wants to watch, her audience needs to chime in!

To add to all of this hopefully Sierra sees this and maybe adds some more fashion back into her videos! For the collaboration aspect this is technically collaborative just with those who are close to her, I think it’s interesting and fun to meet her team who are behind the scenes of these videos! I understand how it could be negative in some ways but I think there just trying to say there thoughts on what they did in the particular video. A friendly reminder that sierra announced this brand change to her channel for person and mental health reasons and to just be respectful of that and respect her wishes.

I have to admit, I agree with the other comments. I love the crew and seeing them in backgrounds of videos but we watch for Sierra and I just feel like we're getting less and less of her which is not what I subscribe for. Even her vlogs are now just "work days in the life" featuring the crew. I love that Sierra has this kick ass team of women around her that she wants to promote but I don't think they need to be included in videos. It feels like she wanted to give her friends a job and help grow their brands and now there's too many of them and Sierra is in over her head trying get views and get paid so she can pay them and the channel is suffering for the over production. I just don't see how Sierra Schultzzie Inc really needs 8+ employees.

I think the disconnect here is that viewers are used to this channel looking a certain way for many years. The rebrand might be more successful as a side channel. Otherwise it feels like a completely different channel and vibe. If you grow your channel a certain way and do a 180 people may not stick around because it's too different.

This video was a drag to watch and lately that’s what the videos from this channel have felt like. The first few with all the girls were fun but now it’s kinda flat lined. This one felt too long and drawn out for what it had going on. And these “collabs” feel disconnected seeing as the 2 girls never even met up together to talk about this experience at all at any point in the process of the video. Feels like 2 people vlogged and they mashed it together with a few forced similarities for transitions. I want sierras channel to pull through and get better but it’s hard to stay subscribed if the lack luster videos continue.

Well I guess I’m just the opposite vibes of most of the comment section here. I will say though I think it’s great that fans are offering feedback in what feels like a loving and respectful way, as a longtime fine I will say I enjoyed this video a ton! I totally LOVE the longer content, however I do think some of the editing could be tighter to make the video not feel so repetitive between the different viewpoints. But love this mix of just of two!! But in terms of incorporating the new Collective, the mix of Sierra and Rachel personality wise I think was really creative for this one! What I have loved so much about these different view points offered on your videos is seeing a topic covered by people who are less influencer, more real person. I think it frees Sierra in a way she struggles with on the main channel in terms of trying to maybe make perfect content, and showcases someone like Rachel who’s sarcasm and vibe is totally relatable to me. Also you can tell Sierra has totally been energized in this rebranding and seeing that spark back on the main channel is so much fun! Keep it going and you’ll find your balance - every video is getting better in my opinion. You all are building something sustainable and is more than just Sierra or Stephen and I’m so proud to be along for this journey as a fan! ❤

Wanted to add some constructive feedback! I liked this video but I really feel like the end wrap-up part needs to be less scripted, especially because Sierra’s friends are not all used to being in front of the camera performing that type of scripted content regularly until recently. It feels unnatural to the viewer because it likely feels unnatural to them. So play on your strengths and maybe have the end of the video be a vlog style too. Also, it would be awesome to make the title of the video reflect the content of the video (“AI chose our day” vs “my”). The transparency is something that I really value as a viewer, and I’m sure others do too.

Alternative idea if the vlog style at the end isn’t an option: a less scripted but edited end scene with all video participants sitting on a couch together and reflecting on the video. But the key is like so unscripted that it’s almost podcast-like. Once again, playing on the strengths of the group

Remember that AI programs are not up to date with current information. They have to be trained and have the data ingested. Always expect, when you ask an AI something, for it to be a few years behind. (I work in AI)

1. While I am absolutely glad you have your girl group, the new format with the group feels forced, and it doesn't resonate with me as they are not creators I want to watch. I miss the genuine and relatable content that made me a subscriber in the first place. 2. The editing style has also changed, and it's become overproduced. Really enjoyed the balance in this video between just Sierra and Rachel! The other girls are great, but when theres too many in the video especially each doing individual interviews, the videos feel clunky and not smooth. Ive seen in the vlogs that you're all often in the same room as they're being filmed so a suggestion I have is why not film all of you (again if theres like 3 or 4 or more) all on a couch and give your responses together and have banter/conversation about your experiences? I felt like since you and Rachel had such different experiences it would have been nice to see you two come together and share what you each thought since your days were separate.

AI is one of those things that I think should be used as a resource, but shouldn't replace the work. As you mentioned Sierra, AI works best when you give it a bunch of information...which to me means that I still need to do some work to make it give me a helpful answer. But that in and of itself can feel like too much work to be worth it! It's basically like an improved search function. First there were encyclopedias, then there was Google search, now there's AI.

I don't think she was villianizing, it was just a quick comment. It can be hard to feel motivated to work out when the video triggers body dysmorphia/etc. Especially if you have a history of it. Personally, the more I focus on or am told to think about losing weight, the less motivated I am to exercise, so that does steer the yt workout videos I watch. No hate for Rachel, but I miss the Sierra vibes. Like I subscribed to this channel to watch Sierra. It feels like a production channel similar to Try Guys with their reappearing cast. But even for them, the Try Guys each have their own solo series. So where it fits, like trying bras/clothes that show multiple different bodies, is great. But Sierra alone would've been great for something like this since the time has to be split to show two different "days" when we could've gotten a chance to see more of each person's day.

It’s your channel ultimately and I know there’s a rebrand coming, but I miss the solo sierra channel.The girl gang videos would be so much more appreciated if they were once in a while. I find myself skipping these videos and only watching the vlog. I love the girls but maybe the girl gang can be a separate channel?
