so... not to be this person, but I went to cosmetology school and once your hair is already grown out of your head, there is nothing you can do for it. So the vitamins won't help your hair that's already grown and damaged. You would have to use the vitamins for a LONG time to actually see the difference in your hair when it comes to the shine or how it feels. Just an FYI for anyone wondering.
@KaylaNoelle1
@KaylaNoelle1 5 жыл бұрын
The only things you can do are use a bond repairing product like olaplex and add moisture with oils. Your hair shaft doesn’t receive blood flow, that would be horrifying, so yeah what you eat won’t make a difference.

Amanda Eastabrooks it’s pretty simple actually. Your is impacted by what you put in your body the vitamins don’t have to touch your hair. Its actually more mind blowing that someone doesn’t understand how vitamins work than the claim the vitamin company makes. I take hair skin and nails vitamins and they 100% work. I don’t do sugar bear hair but those claims of stronger softer hair aren’t crazy unreasonable claims.

@@Lisa_Uncensored - this is an extremely unnecessary reply and you either don't understand what she wrote or you're clueless to how hair works. The moment your hair extends past your scalp, nothing you put in your body will affect it. It is dead. hence it CANNOT effect PRE-existing hair. You would need to shave your head, start these, and wait about 2 years to prove these claims. Don't come online to talk down to others unless you have your facts straight - you look like a jerk and a fool.

Randi MacDonald -- I hate that too. The advertiser is hoping people will trust the influencer and listen politely. But I think that it compromises the review when it is a paid ad and is a conflict of interest. Plus it uses up minutes of our lives. I will scroll ahead to the content portion and also be annoyed at the same time that I am forced to do that to begin with.

All the claims that hair vitamins will make your current hair softer/shinier etc. are 100% false. Hair is dead, there is no way that something you ingest could change it. The only thing it could theoretically have an effect on is the new hair growth from the time you start taking the vitamins, so you'd have to wait and take the vitamins for years to see dramatic effects.

The choice is yours.

A A That is not the point I was making. If you sent that reply from a smartphone you’ve already contributed. I’m saying it’s not as easy as thrift shopping and conscious shopping at Lush. There’d have to be a massive overturn. We can lessen our contribution but it’d be nearly impossible to never consume a product that was not the result of slave/child labor.
@AA-hy6nb

@@daisybutinhertennisoutfit I have sent this reply from the computer, and I use each computer, which I purchase, untill it stops working. As I phone I use old Nokia, which was produced in Finland by well-paid Finnish workers, when Nokia was still totally Finnish. There are special services, which sell old phones online. And the truth is, that now, due to the world health situation (let's call it this way), people are more&more interested in buying locally produced goods. If you live in UK, or US, or Europe,- you can order clothes from local tailors, buy groceries on farmers markets et cetera. But I do admit, that you will spend more time, money and energy for shopping; and you would have to give up the idea to stay "trendy" by upgrading your phone, PC and other gadgets every second year, as many people do now. You would have to dare to be not like the crowd.
@daisybutinhertennisoutfit

A A A A I have had an iPhone 6s since high school. If your argument is overconsumption that’s fine, mine is that it’s impossible to never contribute so it’s hard to say that “no one with a healthy mind will ever contribute”. Especially for people who financially have to be Walmart (etc.) shoppers, you know. Overconsumption is for sure an issue, I agree there.

I’m literally only a few minutes in and already I gotta say I love that you didn’t just order the Sugar Bear Hair vitamins and take ‘em for a week and whatever. You literally did a full month review and in-depth analysis of your thoughts etc and I love it. Honestly, a majority of hair vitamins are just biotin in fancy packaging! There are plenty of vitamins out there that can help supplement your health and the health of your hair skin and nails, but I’ve never seen one as hyped up as those damn little blue gummies! **Edited to say ALSO, Prenatals have a lot of the same vitamins/supplements in them too! Also, just love you and love everything you stand for! I now need to finish watching the video!

Your hair cannot look different in a month 💁🏻‍♀️ Only the one inch that came out of your head can look healthier, the rest is already dead, and vitamins taken internally have no effect

I would just like to tell you that I am a little chubby. I don't eat unhealthy it's just my shape, I have a tummy and because of that ive never really felt valid and watching your videos and you proudly wearing fitted clothes which I try to avoid (you don't look bad, I just feel very uncomfortable with fitted clothes) has really helped me realize that I am valid, I can still be attractive. Some people are super naturally skinny and tell you everybody is beautiful and let's be honest, that doesn't help. And some people are plus sized but they're so confident all the time and it doesn't help either because they never talk about how they are still self conscious sometimes, but you are open, you're confident but you still talk about how you sometimes have doubts (you're beautiful though) and it has really helped me. I know that's really rambly and probably doesn't make sense but, thank you. You are helping me love my body

Nope, but if you check out some of her vlogs on her other channel she talks about her plans for getting pregnant in the near-ish future, so she’s taking prenatals and doing other things recommended by her doctor to prepare for that time!

So with SHEIN, I’ve purchased quite a few items from them within the past month or so. Everything has been good quality, I feel confident in them, and I haven’t had any issues with them thus far. The only reason I even found out about them is through a friend who also loves their clothes and has had a good experience as well. I’m poor as heck so I do shop from Shein a lot.

As someone who floats around in both sections...when you look at measurements 0X is often smaller measurement wise than a standard size XL so that might be some of the plus shorts issue.

Dental hygienist here! Just read an overall review of evidence about teeth whitening at work this week! It said the light didn't make a difference. If it did it was negligible and there was still bounce back. Just marketing I guess 🤷 also, your 10 minutes probably didn't do anything more damaging than drinking acidic beverages. Maybe try Sensodyne this week! This was a fun, engaging video ♥️♥️

OK, I can't be the only person that's annoyed that Sierra measured her hair wavy, rather than straight. The best time to measure your hair is when it's wet and brushed straight, you'll get a more accurate result Edit: Just realized that she started at her hairline and went straight back, that will tell you that your hair is longer than it is. measure from the root straight down.
