Jo O'Connor, Principal Solutions Consultant at Adobe, gave us insights into AI for Marketing and how it's not IF, but WHEN and HOW to do it, while also strengthening the customer relationship.
The main takeaways were: that AI is nothing new, it has been working in the background all around us, invisible. It is now going from mainly being in IT to being in marketing and being at the forefront. Adobe has been building the foundation for AI for decades and can therefore provide GenAI tools like Firefly, and Sensei GenAI. However, before using AI think about both the positives and negatives.
As we navigate our day-to-day activities, it’s crucial to recognize that AI isn’t a novel concept; rather, it’s quietly integrated into our surroundings. From marketing strategies to personalized outreach, AI is the driving force behind numerous everyday tools.
