AI People - demonstrating AI NPCs with Long-Term Memory

In this short video, watch our AI agent learn a new skill and then see how he reacts after a few hours. We demonstrate two scenarios:
1) If he didn't have long-term memory: he can't remember, the memory doesn't exist
2) If he had long-term memory: he retrieves the right memory
The benefits of long-term memory are clearly visible.

This data will need to be stored on the local machine, I can't imagine companies will pay to store people's AI's memories.

LTM is not that much data, but it can grow over months. Anyway, our primary motivation will be local storage on player's PC, for data privacy.

If only we know how to make AI choose which memory should last for a lifetime or just passing for a moment.

Great comment. I think that the agent should be able to learn to control its LTM - to decide which memory to keep, how to index memories, how to update older memories etc
