This happened to my classmates, they were 12 to 14 years of age and one of my classmates used AI to ludify the targetted girls and he even blamed one of his best friends and his reputation diminished badly. One of the targetted girls even told his framed friend to off himself and told him he is a horrible human being. It's really sad that something that can be used to help us can be used to do something evil once in the wrong hands. Thankfully tho, He was caught because we were doing a sting operation and he admitted it. This sadly happened on my birthday which kinda ruined my mood.

Yeah, kids are impulsive, we all were young once, i remember thinking we were all "smarter than the adults" as a kid, and tbh maybe i was over a couple (dumb) ones, but also in a way i was a more arrogant, less experienced version of my future self. Truth be told, having it a click seems like a bad idea, ai filters to check age exist, so do age checks, why are kids allowed to use it, or even pass without any scrutiny? Kids can be cruel, but sometimes it's done from a place of shit role models. A lot of parents are both working so the kids are left alone in 2024 vs 1980 economy. I don't know if the R boomers are right about everything. But one of them pointed out, "It was easier to raise a kid 20 years ago. You could watch them, afford to have a parent stay home. One worked 40 hrs a week and was back for dinner 5-9 pm and the mother watched the whole day. Now both have to work, and the kid is left alone with a ipad that can search N$4W, youtube kids has @!##!@ in it to avoid the coppa laws. And kids learn to lie about their age." Kids mold what they see and dumb as it seems. I think i did end up having my generation's brain soft molded on pbs kids on characters like Kindly Mr Rogers / Science teaching Bill Nye / Astrophysics Neil Degrasse Tyson. I've seen some youtube kids and while i don't think of myself as 'too old'.. Seeing murder come up casually for youtube kids and kids also parakeeting higher rates of death threats, not understanding people respawn in game, not irl. And jails are forever is kinda disturbing. Tl;dr o Yeah the world is moving fast. o Side or not, ai denuders are just creepy though, side or not o Kids parrot what they see, and with 2 parents at work, kids are left alone to more dubious medias to sponge off of. I don't think creating AI nude photos of someone should be a crime, since at that point, you could criminalize just getting someone who looks very similar to them. However, I think if you claim that the photos are of the person, when in fact they are generated by AI, THAT should be illegal, because it makes the person a target. You should have to disclose that they are AI.

So yes they should also be held accountable as well. If they allow nudity in their final images they could be used to create nudes of minors...I'm not sure how old Rachelle is but if it's that easy to create such images then the company should be charged too. I've used a couple of different AI creation programs when everyone was creating AI thumbnails of themselves. And 1 of the programs I used literally and randomly created some images of me with no top on when all I submitted were standard selfies...It shouldn't be that easy...

Sure I agree with most of wat you said, now with deepfakes, I think it should require live consent if the victim is human. The problem with that is weird stuff will keep getting made, it feels dangerous that people even have access to such technology without working for it. The longer and tougher it is to get something made, the easier it is to regret at some point and start thinking about stopping altogether. I think you're onto something with banning Ai image posts but at the same time sites like Instagram would require even more personal information & tracking capabilities on all the time 24/7 to see when and how it is being generated. But we also probably need to regulate the porn sites too, I am personally weirded out by the categories, and I heard they keep allowing illegal content to still show and make money too. I remember a school conference at school talking about sexual assault and social media (probably around 5 years ago when I was a junior in HS) A girl was drunk and passed out, and guys took her clothes off and took pictures of her and it spread at school like a wild fire. No one believed her side of the story and she was immensely bullied. She soon after committed suicide. I am a guy, and this wasn't even my school but one in a nearby city, and I was devastated hearing this. She looked so innocent too. To think this can now happen to ANYONE so EASILY now just horrifies me. At this point, there shouldn't even just be social media punishment but straight up arrests to anyone even *_leaving a comment._*

Social media has really turned against the people who like to post their personal life online, especially Women. I'm glad *R* didn't try to hurt herself in any way. I've heard too many cases of women commiting Suicide because they couldn't stand being Cyber bullied on social media. In this sick world we live in makes me glad that I have no sisters. But i still worry about any of my family members and friends who post themselves online. I was a victim of such situation myself too, I was 13. I have a instagram account and I used to post my faces and outfits when It was a special occasion, I only used to wear either cargo pants, baggy shirts or traditionals. One day I got a message from a girl she made a instagram account just to warn me about my posts and my account being public because anyone can see my pictures. She came to me because some creep sent her again 'FAKE EDITED NUDES' of me to her and she told me to warn me about such creeps in the internet. Despite me being a minor, I was still attacked by such creeps on the internet. People are so addicted to porn and stuff they forget self-respect, privacy and reputation? Really low of this generation. And what is up with people being so unrealistic about such case? "You asked for it" "It's your own fault you made them do this cause you probably temped them" ??? wow. If they can't relate nor understand the situation they don't have to atleast leave such disgusting comments. Like, what if someone did this to you? Rachel's whole life is upside down right now, what if you were on her place?
