The two girls knew what they were doing and what they meant. Apology not accepted until they do another video with the same lady they publicly harmed; and create a better outcome for all involved. At the very beginning of said video, they should both apologize to the lady they harmed and then create a fun activity for all three about makeup, or hair style interests.
