I'm more optimistic about China's future with respect to the aging population. I believe automation and robotics can provide a large part of the solution. The demographic problem won't hit home for at least several more decades. Robotic evolution will advance enormously during this time. Humanoid robots will be increasingly more human-like, thanks to LLM. Human-robot interaction will feel more natural.
