Bread without bugs? Ha ha oh nope! There are bugs in all the grain. You can't keep insects out of grain period! So no matter what you do you're gonna be eating a certain amount of bugs. I put my grains in the freezer. I also put rice in the freezer. So, flour and cornmeal and things like that need to go in the freezer for a while otherwise your gonna have insects hatch out in it. They lay their eggs in the grain dude!

Krista, I was paralyzed (recovering now) in Dec. of 2021, taken to an ER and transported immediately to critical care. I was in a physical rehab facility awaiting spinal surgery. I had an upcoming surgery consultation appt. and was concerned that I had no ID with me at this facility. The director of nursing told me not to worry, that my photo, ID and all medical records were digital and universal at this point. They knew who I was before I even had the consultation. The one reason I thought that "everyone" needs to be concerned, is because they can make a porn video of you and send it out in strategic ways to all your contacts. People will believe you (you, me, anyone) are sick. They will ostracize you, even come kill you because it could be a fake of being a pedo. 14:15 There's a recent TikTok that I watched from a lady who said that she and her husband had been in some situation that ended up being on the news. The "news???" corporation that was doing their story, invited her and her husband to come to Burbank, California to do an interview. When they showed up, apparently they were accidentally brought into a huge studio which was the wrong building in which they were supposed to be originally brought to. Anyway, the lady in the TikTok stated that she and her husband witnessed this huge, LONG, studio that had what she described as extremely realistic looking robots that represented "news???" anchors who were sitting on stage set after stage set in this long row of totally different looking stages all representing all the different "news???" services/agencies/channels and she said that the robots were just sitting waiting to do their thing. Apparently, someone walked up to them and yelled "What the hell are these people doing in here? Get them out of here right NOW!", then, the lady said that Ellen Degeneres walked up to them and said that she would escort them out of the studio. Is that bizarre, or what?

My anxiety meter is thru the roof so I've had to seriously curtail my intake of news etc. I only give attention to what I believe God has brought me to. Please consider that "clinical anxiety" and "depression" are NOT real conditions. They are simply labels created by "scientists" and "practitioners" (Atheist or Satanic Sorcerers) of "Psychiatry" (also not real, but the "Science of the Mind") to put on those of us who are real soul beings whose Spirits have been damaged and traumatized from living in a Clown World amongst all the clowns and tricksters who have no souls or deny them and demonic entities posing as real people. These labels are given to further punish the damaged and traumatized soul beings by speaking (spellcasting) "disease" upon them and "marking" (as in medical records) them as having "defective minds" thus, limiting their ability to fully implement their life goals and also to set them up to be forcibly "held" (imprisoned) and "medicated" (shutting down their souls) should this become "necessary" for their "own safety" and/or "the safety of others". I've never had a smart phone, never wanted one, and honestly, have never felt like I really missed out on anything. There's only so much you can do because the technology is absolutely everywhere now. I always choose desktops with no camera and no microphone, hardwired and so on, but I feel as soon as you connect to the internet you've left the real, physical world and so you are fair game for tracking anyway. If you do ANYthing on the net, they'll surely be able to see it so I'm under no illusions there. I think it helps that I have no worry about leaving this current world behind - I find that pretty comforting. In fact, the more dystopian it becomes, the less I want to be a part of it and almost can't wait to move on. I appreciate my family, and enjoy the simple things in life, there is still beauty in this world, as long as you can detach from the fake world for a while, but as the fake world begins to invade almost every aspect of our lives, the more I look forward to moving on from it all. Yes, all of this stuff going on is disgusting, but hey... we certainly have something far better to look forward to, so keep your chin up folks!

I noticed just the other day that I had been thinking about something specific that was something that was not on my agenda to purchase, now remember, I was only THINKING about it, when, the next day, I was inundated with online ads FOR that thing that I was only thinking about. Explain THAT one to me, please. Also, maybe almost twenty years ago, I had heard or read about the now infamous "Taos Hum", and then only a few years later, I started hearing and even feeling this very bizarre humming sound/vibration that is very subtle, but is prevalent mostly in the early morning hours when I am laying in bed. I have heard/felt this sound/vibration in Los Angeles where I used to live, and I have experienced it in New Jersey and in New York and in Colorado and in Arizona while visiting family and friends, and I now experience it here in Eastern Tennessee where I now live. Your presentation is spot on. This actually has been going on since Alexa came out. I work in an industry that is based on AI. With the knowledge I have, I rarely carry my cell phone with me unless I am going to be travelling a long distance and need it in case of emergency. We have no "smart" devices in our home because they can record everything you do. I also long ago deactivated camera and voice apps on my phone and computer, and for additional safety I cover the camera lenses in case hackers are able to override my settings (they can do this). I do not text and avoid conversations over cell phones. Since the beginning of Internet of Things, tech companies in concert with our government agencies have been gathering profile information on all of us.

This is far far worse than most ppl know. I'm a 30 yr T.I. and several yrs ago, I was being used as a test sub for a horrific biowpn of 'mites'. While checkingg my skin, I found matching sets of holes in my wrists and knees. I took samples and couldn't believe my eyes, what i saw under my scope. It was a clear comp gel and it acted ALIVE. No lie. This explained why I had a man speaking to me in my head, watching me 24/7, and even pretending to be GOD sometimes. I never felt more utterly violated in my LIFE! When they said a vax was coming, I knew what would be in it, and sad to say, I was right. Dr Ricardo Delgado was one of the first to find it. This stuff hears and sees ALL. Hears every thought, and can talk to us, and even take over completely during sleep. I wish i was lying. Here is my current warning to all..please share it! As long as the towers and devices are running, no one is safe. Our filthy gvt has been torturing and killing our helpless pets and loved ones, using our devices. Many yrs ago, my little short haired blk and tan mini doxy started having violent seizures every month. We took him to vet aftervet and they gave him meds that didn't help. I changed his diet, changed his water, and nothing helped. Sometimes the seizures were so bad he almost died, and we had to rush him to the vets to save his little life. I always cried and prayed when he had these seizures, because it hurt me so deeply to see my baby suffer so bad. Well, about a yr ago, my husband and I were sitting here in our living room and we heard his cell ph make a strange, hi pitched but quiet noise it never made for any reason, and IMMEDIATELY my dog started having seizures! I have been targeted over 30 yrs and never thought that the sick freaks could be deliberately CAUSING the seizures, BUT THEY WERE! I couldn't believe that someone could be so heartless and cruel that they could do such a horrific thing to a helpless little dog!! But they DID! The seizures stopped that day, and a week later my babydog went BLIND. I was heartbroken AGAIN, to see my bay walk into walls, fall down stairs (till we blocked them) and get lost behind a door or the couch!! HEART BREAKING!! His little organs swelled up inside of his belly, and the vet said it was his pancreas. My baby got very sick a couple weeks before Thanksgiving. He was vomitting, had the runs, and refused to eat for me. He was being SHOCKED every hour, night and day, and neither of us could get much sleep. I busted agents AGAIN, using the speakers on this PC to put out FREQUENCIES, hurting my little boy! I unplugged the speakers and then busted them again, using the built in speakers to emit these dangerous frequencies!! I shut down the pc and could still hear a high pitched whine coming directly from the MONARCH TOWER LLC across the street! My baby got so sick he couldn't even lift up his little head anymore and he died in my arms THANKSGIVING DAY about 4pm. I AM HEARTBROKEN and I miss my babydog terribly! THE SICK FREAKS TORTURED AND KILLED HIM just as the had the three prior to him before I realized what they were doing to us!! They are doing these horrific things to HURT US. They are sick satanist freaks who ENJOY hurting helpless, innocent people and animals that cannot defend themselves! Quick note: I’m a professional software developer and I can confirm that currently Chat GPT doesn’t always write correct code. It’s results are more useful as guidance. It can give you a leg up on how to approach a task. For me it’s like a variant on a search engine, and often the results are a useful starting point for further research. Human coders are frequently weak but Chat GPT alone could not even replace them.

Warning! I am currently writing a book using ChatGPT. The book requires factual data. Unfortunately ChatGPT more often then not gets it totally wrong. This requires additional research on my part and drastically slows down the work flow. When I question the facts it gives, it often apologizes and tries again. The bottom line is that it has NO fact checking. Since a lot of the information it learns from the Internet is bull anyway, I guess that is understandable. So, use with caution.

Thank you. My question is how can we protect ourselves from all this? Because even when I'm not using the TV, PC or smartphone, I still go to work, go shopping and meet up with friends. If everything is recorded, we will end up becoming conformist, silent people who denounce and smear other people who don't act that way. Apart from the fact that the surveillance state already knows everything what we do or what we have done. However he asked me to call him on his telegram, his actual voice sounded more like an European voice . A robot voice was attached to my code. That is the Elon Musk scam that's going on right now.

And there's no point in being afraid and anxious. its already here and has been for quite a while. there are plenty of potential pro's and con's, in which we have no ability to fully predict. Its not the technology that is the real danger, its mostl likely more so how society manages to adapt to it. I suggest watching video of those who work with this stuff that can give a more clear image of where we are with this technology and what it actually is capable of doing. Its game changing for sure but its not Skynet or anything close to it..

The future you're referring too was actually yesterday. They've been working on AIs for decade now and it's already in use, right now, and on a wide scale. It's no surprise that mainstream medias spread the same message, word by word, with the same emotional trigger. We have probably all had experiences where our phone has picked up on a conversation it wasn't "invited " into, ads suddenly start appearing online for something we just mentioned in a conversation, etc. But at this point, what do we do?? We are so reliant on the technology now. Stop chatting? Stop Googling? Quit using out phone's assistant? I know in my head that totally "unplugging" in the answer to at least limiting potential problems , but actually doing that is a daunting scenario. I am curious about how YOU deal with this... I am just so glad to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that God is in control and will be the VICTOR in the battle between light and the ever-worsening dark, the forces of good and evil. (P.s. It is hard, but you can do it. For me, it has been a gradual process. At God's very explicit direction, I got rid of my smartphone two years ago. I recently got rid of my tablets (we don't have tv). Now I am just down to the desktop, which I use for my online business. Stay away from FB, Instagram, Tiktok and the like. It is really inconvenient, not gonna lie. But NONE of this would be happening if we would all just toss the tech. We are being taken prisoner simply because we value convenience and fun.

I have been to wedding receptions that used computers to play music for dancing. While it was very nice, there is nothing like a band of God given talented people to play instruments and sing. I believe that we are in the time of sorrows, but that we will experience a great revival. I am in the world but not of it. One reason for AI other than replacing people jobs is also to get people to not think for themselves. Young people today are not being challenged enough when it comes to thinking for themselves. In primary schools children are given the answers, they are no longer writing incursive, they are no longer doing mathematics by hand.
