Is ThreeDPoseTracker or Webcammotioncapture more accurate for precise hand tracking using a video source? For ThreeDPoseTracker v0.6.2, what's your setting for the "Other" tab in for the IK section? Do you leave both the "Use Grounder IK" and "Auto Calibration" options checked or unchecked?

What is the reason that the movement seems to be slow and the number for fps is small? Therefore, the video saved in vbh format will be incomplete ??

Blender is 24FPS. So you choose 24FPS in ThreeDPoseTracker it will be normal. In my video tutorials I not change it.
