I got the template and am just now diving into and I didn't realize it would be something that would also help me keep all the great prompts I've found in one place. I almost didn't download it b/c I already have like 2 or 3 other Notion databases from other creators but this one is by far the best. To that point, some feedback on the title of this video; it didn't immediately communicate to me that it was a solve to a problem I knew I needed a solution to. Maybe something along the lines of 'a way to keep all your prompts organized' or 'organize all those AI prompts you've been saving' or something.

hey! as someone who works in AI, just want to mention that you don't really need files to organize prompts anymore. modern AI platforms like jenova ai can store unlimited chat history using RAG, making file management unnecessary. way more convenient than dealing w/ files tbh saves time and keeps everything searchable right in the chat 😊

I don't know if it's just glitching for me but checking out the Notion template, I get the same list of items on the categories of Productivity, Writing, Social, Entrepreneurship and Entertainment. They all seem to house the full list starting with Snacking Responsibly, Relationship Advice and Side Hustles etc...

You can disable wrap column in the header of your table then the long prompts hide within the cell (that's what I have turned on)

Yes store them into a format that only is searchable in Notion. Great long term solution. You get any text based notetaking app with query. Draft for example. You can now dump any text selection, clipboard or text file in there and done. Create a prompt inbox. Use one tag for the application. and it will auto organize. or you can buy this free notion template😂

Thx for this template, this makes it so easy to fill in my own prompts! 🙏 Imo the prompts in there are very basic though and far from what's possible. Never the less very helpful if someone is new to it and wants to see what topics you can get in to.

For sure! Providing a solution that can scale and getting people started is the goal. As you are more advanced... consider that you can start mixing and matching the formulas. For example you can take "generate ideas" and merge it with "create campaigns" and then keep following-up. Ultimately that allows you to craft longer prompts that achieve one specific thing but it all starts with these basics otherwise it's impossible to progress towards more specific use cases.
