Geebus. I use notion as well, but I'd never get anything done if I over-structured my library like this. Just break them up by category. Each category has sections hidden by H2/3 toggles, with toggled prompts inside. I have well over 10,000 at this point, but if I'd had to mark them up like this no way I'd have more than 1000.
