@@UrFuturGuirk Martin didn't want to tour as much as the other three. He has a well paying job and was starting a family, wanted to be home more often. He didn't want to leave the group, just slow down the amount of shows they were doing. The other three wanted to ramp up the amount of shows they did. They looked at it as a full-time career. They made the decision to find another bass singer. Martin didn't leave and they didn't kick him out but him not being in the quartet is the result of what happened. Kinda confusing, a little convoluted but that's basically what happened.

That's Jared "Pookie" Carlson. He's currently the bass of Boardwalk but he won in 1999 with comedy quartet FRED singing tenor hence the joke "And some of us just arent sure anymore"
