ello, thank you very much. According to my understanding, the entire injured body is one unit. There is no separation. My method is circular movements thousands of times until the tension of the head, neck, arms, legs, and back is released, all circular movements thousands of times.

Hello, here we have to work on the nerve pathway starting from the neck down to the shoulder to the scapula. The scapula is the nerve center next to the leg and you need to release the hips in all directions. The addition of a 1 kg dumbbell will help in the overall process, in fact, all the CIRCULAR movements must be very delicate and delicate and this is what the nerves like delicate movements You won't believe it, I discovered that brushing your teeth and gently shaking your head up will successfully release the neck

Hello,. I am Juliet. My mother also stroke patient from 2021. so many therapy done for her but not working . How can I moveable her litely.
@carmelagarin86453 ай бұрын
Hi I'm a stroke patient also. It depends on your mom's determination to regain mobility. I have have no mobility when I had the stroke but I did not allow myself to be depressed. I sought help from my caregiver, helping me exercise even when there is no therapy sessions. I endured the pain during rehab. After one week, I was able to stand and walk with cane. Your mom can do that also but you have to encourage her to do exercise 3x a day even in small amount. The exercises here are the foundation of her recovery. Good luck!

If I may ask, did your mom start physiotherapy immediately? Asides motivation, it may also be an issue of how the stroke affected some areas in the brain and if it was a multiple stroke. All in all, I hope your Mom gets better soon 🙏
