Ci sono, ma con la technica moderna hanno grandissimi problemi. Le gole non sono aperte, la voce del petto non e sviluppata e le voci non hanno forza e le mancha il fundamento. E molto triste.

Non si può cantare così senza prima aver fatto la gavetta, imparare in teatro e non solo nella camera del maestro. Oggi niente prove, buttati direttamente in palcoscenico, senza provare le risonanze, confrontarsi con i colleghi e aiutarsi. Oggi non c'è tempo, niente soldi per le prove che prima duravano mesi. Questa è la fondamentale differenza di cui nessuno parla

Certo,se ascoltiamo Celeste Aida cantata da Del Monaco in questa performance, non si capisce come abbia fatto ad arrivare al quarto atto con una sicurezza vocale come in questo duetto...il che significa la differenza tra un fuoriclasse e un cantante normale! Bravissima la signora Simionato

Simionato’s Voice is maybe even easier then Cossotto’s One , but on Stage maybe is Cossotto the winner !! Anyway , both the most important AMNERIS we ever had in the Theater’s History : no Verret, no Bumbry, nooooooo Garanca (recently , more or less 2018, her Dalila and Eboli were both RIDICULOUS when compared to COSSOTTO & SIMIONATO) and no one else !!!

Simionato was a soprano, Dominguez was better, beeing a real mezzo with more strength. Dont forget Stignani also better than Simionato, in earlier times there were other ones.
