I'm 49 and grew up in Port Huron Michigan and I'm a lifelong Lions fan. I live in NC now. It just feels so weird right now seeing The Lions getting so much attention. I grew up watching sports shows where all the other teams star players got interviews, highlight reels, and accolades. Lions players never did. The only time they would ever show the Lions is when that person's team was running over them. I feel like I'm dreaming.

Born & raised & still live in Detroit's Downriver area... I'm just down the river about 25 minutes (in Michigan we measure distance in minutes and hours lol). I went to U of M Dearborn...I didn't know Aiden went to Divine Child High School, homegrown Michigan boy, God bless him! This is just so exciting. I got to play catch with him in the end zone before the Thanksgiving game in 2022 against the Bills. I accidentally over threw him but he jumped up with one hand looked back at me and winked and laugh before throwing it the next fan. Growing up in Dearborn, Michigan and living on the street of Highview that dead ends at the Divine Child High School football field, and where most of my neighborhood friends went to school, makes this interview all the more special. I live in Mt Morris, and been a lions fan since I was a kid and I have all the faith n believe in the Lions, the couches, the staff and the players that will go out and win against the bucs, and go on and win the NFC championship and go to the Super Bowl and win it, I'm 42 years old now n I've been watching the lions since I was 6 years old and I said just right after the draft that they would go either 13-4, or 12-5, win the NFC North and also win the NFC championship game n go on and win the Super Bowl, and with everything that Dan Campbell has done for the team this year I believe n have faith in the lions that they will go on to win it all and can't wait to see what they have in store for us on Sunday against the Bucks, Go Lions and make it happen and always believe n have faith in our team to get the job done and also Goff is our quarterback to get the job done n come back next year and do it again for as many years that he is there, GO LIONS AND GET THE JOB DONE ALL THE WAY

Let me tell you why Lions and the city go together. Back in the 50s Detroit was one of the best places to live and was called Paris of the Midwest. Now after decades of decline we saw a parallel with that and our team. Like in the 90s the Automotive industry was booming and the Lions were finding success. Now today you see a lot of investments and positive things happening in the city and with it the Lions are also building. It’s amazing the similarities of when the city is prospering so does is it’s football team. Go Lions!

As a teen we played for the baseball state championship finals , and all though the years we played at Ford field Park, right by Divine Child. My favorite Coach from Dearborn High school actually passed away only a few years after High school while running laps around the Divine Child Track. Loved seeing we're from the same place. But the Lions just were terrible in those days. But now there is a new coach and front office. What a turn around!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO LIONS...
