tldr: Grind the Stonewood questline --> Buy Plasmatic Discharger --> Complete PLankerton SSD's b2b X6 --> Level up survivours when possible --> Launch the Rocket ---> Canny vally SSD's (RINSE AND REPEAT! Level up survivours, complete SSD's) and you'll be in Twine in NO TIME! Then it's the road to Power Level 122, then complete Twine peaks SSD 78910 and BAM you unlock MSK and it's time to farm MYTHIC WEAPONS!

Both but the main quest line is more important and you should do the quest storyline first then when you get to the storm defense mission, do it then just keep on doing those missions until you get to plankerton

After starting my journey on STW 5 odd years ago in chapter 1, after having to reset progress midway through canny, slowing progress from burn out, I finally completed the Canny storyline and defeated the Storm King two days ago. Not gonna lie, I cried listening to the post-mission dialogue. Thank you for the support through guides along the way.

Same here bro.. I started stw back in 2018.. and I only just got through Twine Peaks and started doing 160s missions. I left the game for a year or 2 at a time just from getting bored of it. It was absolute hell grinding through all of the Twine Peaks missions to get to the endgame.

Idk, i know many people will want to do this and it is useful. But something about completely skipping the story just seems wrong yk? I feel like if i do this the game is just going to feel empty for me. I got to canny valley yesterday, 5 years later because i would do the story very slowly because i would mostly do dailies for v-bucks and often i skip seasons pf fortnite. But i decided to grind the story the past week and when i finally got to canny valley it felt so great and relieving in a way.

It's just the biomes, but it wouldn't take much for them to add a new zone, just increase the levels and add the 'old' "new" 6 star materials for it, and with the new biomes there is hope this happens, they could have X'd STW donkeys ago but here we are XD

​@alva_9958 Yea i think it's worth it tbh Before, you would at the very least get 50 vbucks each day, then at the end of the week get 150 vbucks. 50 × 7 = 350 + 150 = (500 vbucks) But now, at the very least it's 80 vbucks every day So 80 × 7 = (560 vbucks) It's way better now Edit: Only times the old way would be better is whenever we got 300 or 800 vbucks. Those were really good. But, some weeks you didnt even get any daily vbucks rewards. Atleast now it's guaranteed to give a decent amount

@@karei7375 Just do the highest level missions you can every day. Really just the ones that have the limited time, daily bonus rewards. You will get bonus xp for that. Do a few every day and you will get there in no time. You will soon unlock access to higher level ones which will give you more xp but I recommend doing the 4 player ones and turning on fill so you can get carried for them. If you are capable, you can do the solo defence missions and increase the difficulty with bluglo. You only need level 13 for a weapon ticket so you don't need to worry too much (you have a month). If you really want the high level rewards you could even ask people to taxi you to a high level resupply.

As someone who did all the quests from every zone before twine, I see this as a complete loss. You will be underpowered-you cannot do quests You will be weak-you will die easily and will do bad damage You will miss out on good rewards from the late quests, etc. You will most likely not be able to do missions alone-finding games is already a painful process This is just a bad idea overall because once you start this process and get to twine, there’s so many missed experiences and you will find yourself either dissatisfied or grasping for more to do after you run through this process. Any way, it’s up to you to decide what your money is worth.

Getting into twine doesn't mean losing the story line, you just unlock a new area where it's easier to get materials for weapons and you can evolve weapons into higher tier. The story stays the same and you still need to do it if you want to finish the game

I get why you have personally done this having played multiple accounts. . . But I don't think encouraging others to do this is a good idea especially if you really do care about the future of this game. Save the world is a grinding game... it always has been & rushing to twine using this method is an absolutely rubbish way to play. This method will either set people up for failure or reliance on other commanders. Encouraging players to skip the questline so to be able to rush the game to twine will only add to the number of clueless, under developed & under equipped commanders queueing up for high level missions that then think it's ok to AFK every mission for the rewards. People who intend to actually 'PLAY' the game, stick at it. Don't follow this rubbish. Stick to the questline, keep collecting/upgrading stuff & I'm sure you'll make a fantastic team mate.
