Disclaimer: all this tips work only in the kane's version of the backrooms, in "reality" the level 0 of the backrooms has either no monsters and no items, so, you'll be safe, and the only confirmed way get of there is to no-clip of there (which is basically getting out of bounds in real life) so wandering around is completely useless

Correction 2 Entities I know of that live on level 0 being hounds and Skinstealers I'm not sure if they live there but I'm pretty sure and wandering is useful as it can help you find the Manila room which has papers which tell you how to noclip also about almond water and you can meet other survivors

Most of matpats strategy wouldnt work in the canon backroom for a two reasons First: the only way to get out of level 0 is getting to level 1 Second : using the ceiling strategy would be catastrhopic, why? Because that would make you no-clip though it ,and you would fall into a random level,and believe me you dont want to no-clip without knowing which level you'll land on.

@@iemanisaac2513 the general rules are basically : Assuming you dont know anything about the backrooms 1.Run from every sound ,almost all entities are hostile. 2. Try Get to the vanilla room ( i think thats the name) its the only room in level 0 (the one that appears in the video) its the only room that you can find other people in level 0 , and in the midle of the room there is a book talking about no-cliping,read that book,it is really helpful 3. Stack on almond water, it can help you restore sanity and it can make most entities run away. Those are the general rules in all backrooms levels 4. And thanks for the guy who said this too: no matter how thisty you get ,DO NOT DRINK THE CARPET FLUID , its the red liquid that appear in most backrooms levels

so basically let me tell you the level 0 in the wiki: no entities, no supplies, dont drink the carpet water,(its deadly), and basically noclip to get out of the level (or break the wall with a detriot smash to get to level -1)

The only thing they did not know is that the Backrooms has 9223372036854775807 levels. Which will take MORE than an eternity. And More than a Decade. It'll take you an endless amount of time to escape. And it'll be hard with the entities tailing on you. But thanks to the items you brought from Level 1 you'll probably have a chance of surviving. And"Almond Water"is insanely useful to: Taming/Scare off entities but not most of them. There is also"Super Almond Water"and"Lucky Milk"or something like that. Oh did I mention about the"Negative"Levels? (Yeah those exist.) The"Negative"Levels also have the same amount as the"Positive"levels. But you'll end up in dark places,caves,mine shafts etc,etc. So to summarize: Backrooms is not an easy place to get the fuck out of. Negative Levels are a giant No No to go to. You'll probably die just by losing your mind by the buzzing lights in Level 0

Today "level 1" is now "level 0" and the floor zero has comple9 randomized area pattern so if you go straight you can still go back to the place where you begun or if you go to side it goes to completly different area then after that area a recognizable one only one room everyone can meet up in "level 0" and its "Sub-level 0"

tips for the backrooms: there is no more monsters in level 0 they moves only the buzzing sound is there to make you go insane level 01: mid level of entities there is 2 hound and skin stealers hounds are fast so most likely to survive them is to try and kill them if you can if you see a skin stealer run for your life also the floor might be wet so be careful to not slip also there are supplie crates that randomly spawn in level 1 it has almond water and weapons maybe a gun abd ammo if your lucky… onto level 02: be careful in level 02 cuz there are gonna be skin stealers and bone thieves they will take out all your bones but you will still be alive for other entities to kill you and M.E.G is there to guide you through the level you can trade almond water and other stuff with them and they will give you a way to the exit or a safe place to sleep onto level 03: the other levels were test be careful in level 3 your gonna have 5 entities in this one worms spiders centipedes bone theives and skin stealers try to encounter meg but be carful cuz on this level meg is kinda hostile to find an exit there is an elvator or door elevator leads to level 07 doors lead to level 4 no one will be there to find you instantly so your gonna have to fight the monsters by yourself well thats alll i wanted to say so goodbye
