We need at least 40 main FIFA AIFF academies with 1200 players, that will definitely improve indian football and we will get quality players from it if the coachin and education at those academies is good

In my opinion AIFF should make a structure for youth , currently theire is lot of private good academy in India. Make a 5 to 6 month for all age group .

Grassroots development is a long term plan. Many such academies have been opened in the past also. But the question that is important is - Why doesn't India provide quality international game time to its budding players? These are some of the friendly fixtures arranged before the AFC Asian Cup - 1. Thailand vs Japan 2. South Korea vs Iraq 3. Bahrain vs Australia 4. Iran vs Indonesia 5. Hong Kong vs Tajikistan 6. Hong Kong vs Saudi Arabia 7. Uzbekistan vs South Africa 8. China vs Sweden 9. Qatar vs Kazakhstan 10. Qatar vs Cambodia Where is India? The question arises why India has failed to organise at least two quality friendlies? Is it the lack of funds? The questions need to be answered. I would like Khel Now TV to make a video on this topic.

As football is a club centric sports the onus on the clubs to have various youth teams..Aiff can make proper guidelines..its also not financially viable at this stage to run nation league of u12,u15,u19 etc across the country around 6 months..state FA should have come forward to revive various tournaments in states where academy players can get proper game times..Give importance to Subrata Cup which is one of the old school tournament in India..Make santosh trophy and institutional league into u23 tournament..ISL clubs should spend their budget wisely..as our pool of players are very less we are overpaying them due to this..Some Immediate international success is also necessary to develop popular football culture ..otherwise parents will not encourage to take this sport as option other than cricket and we can lose talent like virat ,siraj to have interest in football instead of cricket..

We need proper acadmies with all top coaches in India but I genuinely think until indian government doesn't get serious on football it will never improve we need huge billions of investment in football top coaches isl needs to start signing top foreigner they need to academy for every club youth leagues need to be bigger top managers shoyld come to India bigger stadiums need to be build in india u17 nd u20 teams to be given proper friendly every month nd coaches should be top foreigner then only we can think of development of indian football

Actually India lags specially in the technical terms as we never had any proper technical director who could lay the foundation and go on with it

Nothing new 🤷 The training facilities was developed by ODISHA government and not by AIFF and naming it AIFF- FIFA academy is like Old wine in New Bottle but if they produce ample talent from there then only it can justify the question is Will they produce enough talents from there will it deliver the promise or just for namesake and hype

It is all about publicity stunt. The clubs and everybody should get good coaches and Indian coaches need to learn coaching. This is the only way forward. All this FIFA and all are for publicity nothing good will come out of it
