Erik, Please I need your comment and advice on ERP/SAP SuccessFactors implementation or HRIS for my electric-generating, nation-monopolized company with more than 10,000 employees nationwide. which system is fit for it? SAP SuccessFactors or HRIS?

Hi there! SuccessFactors has an HRIS module. There are a lot of different HRIS' available in the market (think Workday, HiBob, Rippling, and so on). The best choice depends on your organization's context, so it is impossible to make a recommendation without better understanding your requirements.
