Loved listening to Rupert Morrison...Business is complex and many functions will have to work with the org designed functions to meet those wins in the marketplace...and this would mean, one function leads, others create a runway, others do mid air fueling, some landing and sustain the race through highly agile pit stops...

Morrison, "out of 300 HR people team, 150 said, they write HR strategy. When asked, where is the HR strategy book, the CHRO, said, we don't have one, we are trying to get one! That's HR....and it has been nudged to change under leaders like Bridgette Mcinnis-Day and influenced by HR grids like Dave Ulrich...I am impressed with this panel
