Your vlog reminds me of my days in REC (now NIT) Jalandhar during the late 90s . Although the food was not upto the standard that you people are geting their in AIMS mess ,but was "thik thak" kind you can say ....mostly punjabi dishes like phulka, paratha, rajma chawal, curry pokora, raita , a sweet dish etc .

Takes me back 50 years !! Was in hostel 4 then hostel no 7 ,room no 100 ! The food gets monotonous after a while .there used to be a South Indian mess for masala dosas ,I think on sundays ! The central canteen had better food,vada sambhar and rice with Chole . Most days after finishing the operating room and rounds ,the only food available was in the central canteen. I wonder if it is still there ? Had a friend in Safdarjung and the food was a change .the best food I had in a hostel was possibly Tata memorial hostel in Bombay

Unfortunately the food was as usual as we find at any standard place. I was expecting that the food will be somewhat organic or healthy with no oil etc or with some more healthy options.
