The CBI could have ARRESTED these obvious culprits earlier ITSELF. Why did they wait for 15th September 2024 to conduct the arrest in Rape and Murder case,when they were already booked for financial impropriety and organs trafficking, among others.

@@siddharthanvarier3342 Sandip Ghosh (ex principal) was arrested initially on corruption charges and later for murder & rape. The charges have to be established first and only then the arrests can be made.CBI makes sure to have very very secure proofs first & only then moves in to make an arrest. So, in layman's eyes the process appears long-drawn.But without very concrete proof CBI will not make an arrest. Otherwise the accused will escape through the loopholes. So case has to be totally watertight.

Hearing Kapil Sibal in court, the way he manipulates and passionately defends this and many henious criminals is just plain infuriating. He laughs, jokes while the court proceedings. Many recent cases where district and state high court are literally releasing and bailing out rapists, murderers, etc. All this is just discouraging to watch, 99% no faith in judiciary.
