I feel AIIMS has the finest hostel facility, we don’t get 24/7 Wifi or even such spacious tables in our hostel. Most of the medical colleges have really pathetic hostels. 😣

I m from assam n did my medical there only .our hostel was too good..one large room for 2 person with large table chair n 1 big cupboard for each..1 bathroom shared by 2 rooms..also a lift and wifi..

Thank you for the appreciation. Ideally, Pg preparation starts from the first year itself. Regular study is required for building strong concepts. The most important part of study however, are the last two years. Book for medicine from the point of view of Pg exam is Davidson or CMDT. The most standard book for medicine as a subject is definitely Harrison. For gynaecology, I prefer Shaw's textbook. For obstetrics, there is a book by our professor Dr. JB Sharma. For Peds, OP Ghai is a brilliant book. There are many good books for surgery. Personally, I like Bailey and Love.

Chemistry me NCERT ke alawa you can use Coaching notes. There is no side book which is perfect. So firstly, do NCERT well and then move on to other books.
