Lack of understanding things is one of the major problems in TN.......one of the main reason of not having many industries in North, East or North East is the issue of China and Pakistan.....another one is Freight Equalisation policy on coal and oil which took away the natural advantage of Eastern region.....as one can notice most of the migrants are from these affected states..... Bihar Jharkhand Odisha and Chattisgarh.... WB is reaping the effect of having 34 years of left front rule and now 25 years of TMC.....where the highly industrialised state lost one industry after another because of rampant trade unionism of the left.

This guy is a superficial person. The pivotal factor of a state development depends on the geographical location and the ability to export to foreign countries thru sea ports. This person always talks about Gross Enrolment Ratio which is always a flawed reasoning to keep harping on the argument that TamizhNadu stands first. Gross Enrolment is a quantitative data and does not talk about the qualitative output. Just because you have increasing number students who enrolls in colleges does not mean how many is employable.
