A video to watch over and over... The legendary Saito sensei in his prime demonstrating so many techniques! What happened in the development of ken-tai-jo techniques? The series of 10 here and in the 1973 book is quite different from the 7 forms he taught later on. Some techniques seem to have been transferred to the kumijo series...
