Aikido Seminar: TOITSUTAI - Unified Body (Part 1)

Castle Rock AIKIDO hosted 5th degree Aikido black belt, Joseph Verville Sensei, head instructor of San Francisco Aikikai. Verville Sensei was the guest instructor of the annual Fall Aikido Intensive held at Castle Rock AIKIDO. The seminar called Unified Body - TOITSUTAI focused on ideal, integrated biomechanics to generate power in Aikido techniques.
