Great reaction. Amy and Shaun dated and as you may know, Amy wrote “call me when you’re sober” about his drinking. He wrote “Fine Again” about his struggle, which is worthy of a listen. You should check out Seether’s “Rise Above This” which Shaun wrote for his brother before losing him to depression. There are plenty of great Seether songs to consider.

Amy Lee and Shaun Morgan were in a relationship when this song happened. Amy Lee broke up with Shaun Morgan because he had a drinking problem. The good news is that he's sober now. Also, I was so obsessed with Amy Lee as a teenager. She's so talented, so beautiful and her voice is just haunting.

The day my father passed way was the most difficult time I’ve gone through and on my way home with my wife to mourn right after his passing this song started lightly playing in the radio so my wife turned it a little louder and the lyrics couldn’t have been any more real. I not only see this as a heartbreak song for a relationship but also how broken i was they day he died and i keep a picture of him in my truck that reminds me of how broken i am all these years later but have come a long way to cherish and love the family i still do have . I listen to this song often and it still hits me hard everytime.
