Thank you for this best and newest informative video about these PR visa!! They recently added my skill on the PMSOL. With 80 points, I'm willing to give my chance for the 189, however, visa running soon and I would be on the edge after submitting EOI ~3 months before my visa expires... Watching your video at the end, it gets me a bit confused tho... I understand 491/190 are almost identical except +15pt vs +5pt but PR straight forward. If I make a plan B in QLD, why would I choose 491 over 190 if they're almost the same but 190 give directly the PR? Is 491 a "faster" option to be "EOI-invited"??? Because if 190/491 has the same chance of "EOI-invited" pple in my case would save 3+ years of our life with a 190.🙂 Thank you

Hi, Dear Karl, you mentioned in the video that applicants should not have any serious health issues. I am a bilateral below-knee amputee following a train accident at the age of 16. Now I am 39 years of age and using below knee prosthesis since the year 2000. Due to my self-determination, I have overcome the disability and became a Medical doctor in Sri Lanka and have been serving in the post for about 11 years now. My disability has not affected my duties and I am afraid that anyone can identify me as a disabled person because I am dedicated and work as a normal person. The position called Primary Health Organization manager in the skilled occupation list is very much applicable to me. Hi there, Please advise , when we fill the EOI if regional visa 491 required 5 years of experience in main occupation of applicant, in my case my husband start working in painting trade work in Nov 2015 and his company offer to start apprenticeship in july 2018 and finish in june 2021, during this period he was working full time and take classes after every few months for 10 days. We did skill assessment from TRA and they mentioned 1 june 2021 onward commence in this painting trade date. Most likely it will be if you did not update that information on your EOI when you moved and before they invited you, but I guess you can keep your fingers crossed and try.
