KG5YSN thanks so much for you comment buddy! Yes you can turn the GPS on and off no issues :) I usually turn off until I want to use it :)

KG5YSN I think you turn it off by programming the channel with either the GPS on or off. I have mine programmed to off but I'm sure you can turn it on or off in vfo mode. I'm doing a full review very soon so will try and find out for then buddy :)

Dodgy custom aerial ohm not 50 ohm no DTMF from what I could see the rt82 cheaper and better
