That's definetly hacks. The FCAR clips could be good tracking but it's ti good at some point. And the recoil on the Louis gun just doesn't looks real. It jumps around a lot and still hits shots. It wouldn't look like that if it was recoil smoothing from muscle memory. And some of the hipfire parts with weapons have way to quick tracking. It's straight up hacks. And the switching between enemies mid fight is crazy for a human. It looks like cheats. This has to be cheating just no other way.
