1 acre for 8 cows is it theory? Let him take you to one acre you see how much fodder he is harvesting given regenarion period if its real true/right.i will visit this Institute.

This is very misleading. I have 11cows on zero grazing. I have 5acres of land with super napier and we grow maize but still it is not enough. So how can 1acre feed 8cows?

5a can feed 35 cows

Unless if ure supplementing them with bought feeds and whatever u grow on those 5aces is just a basis feed. Otherwise that is impossible!

I think a visit to see what others are doing would be a good thing. I remember one farmer saying that one produce from 1 acre was enough to feed 2 adult cows for the whole year. I didn't believe at first
