I hail from Bengaluru. At the age of 8, MY FATHER SENT ME TO SRI AUROBINDO ASHRAM SCHOOL, PUDUCHERRY. It so happens that I read Somerset Maugham's novel, called LIFE IS A RAZOR'S EDGE, at the ASHRAM SCHOOL, when I was 12. Of course, it is a quote from KATHA UPANISHAD. This is mentioned underneath the quote. After completing my novel, I took up SRI AUROBINDO' S EIGHT UPANISHADS, AND WENT THROUGH IT. AS MURTHY MADAM, QUOTES FROM THE UPANISHADS, I HAPPEN TO STATE THE ABOVE. NAMASKAR MADAM.
