it's incredible how many opportunities there are for adult skaters in the US 🥰 in my country, we barely have 2-3 comps for adults a season, and oftentimes, not even all levels are provided, some competitions only do adult silver and gold and no bronze. There's also nothing below bronze which is just a bummer. My biggest dream would be to one day compete in the ISU adult competition in Oberstdorf 🤩

There’s not a ton of completions for adults here but there are more and more each year!

the adult series is SO confusing. i've spent years trying to understand it all, so thank you so much for explaining it so concisely so that other people don't have to waste the time and headache that i did to understand everything! I just made the jump from bronze to silver and that alone was so confusing and frustrating, as im no longer eligible for the ACS anymore. and a lot of competitions dont offer my level anymore. its a shame, but i just have to travel more now!

You are very welcome! That's why I do these videos! Time is short on the ice and it's often best spent on working on skating rather than explaining. I often direct my own skaters to my videos so that they get the full picture.

I am trying to understand the different between testing standard vs adult for novice-sen. also..: trying to figure out if I have to comp intermediate novice as an adult or if I can really skate down for a season while I build my skill back up
