Since Universe 7 and 6 are twins, in the 7th universe there is a Legendary Super Saiyan : Broly. So in the 6th universe there must be a Legendary Super Saiyan as well, like there is a Frieza and his "twin" Cold. So 6th' universe's Legendary Super Saiyan turns out to be Kale, Broly was calm and reserved too in his first days

So this lore from the manga does explain why majority of the gods of destruction dislike beerus aside from the fact that Goku was the one who suggested the tournament of power (though as pointed out, this does give the universes a fighting chance to evade destruction) Long ago, Zeno had an emergency meeting to have a nice tournament of hide and seek with the gods of destruction. With beerus as you can guess, he hid and went into a very long nap so when it came time to come out, he never did. Zeno was very furious and the other gods of destruction had to go through very big lengths to appease him. And ever since then, the other gods of destruction had a grudge against beerus. Plus the gods do have some personal grudges with each other. This is just generally why the gods don’t particularly like Beerus.

If i remember correctly, there was a exhibition match in the Manga between all of the Gods of Destruction and even when they all tried to attack Beerus at once, they couldn't defeat him. In the end, only Beerus and the "Mouse" God of Destruction were still standing when the Daishinkan ended the match.

The "Legendary Super Saiyan" transformation from the Broly films from Z what's a non-canon transformation. So use an alternate version of Broly from another universe what's the perfect way to introduce the transformation into the canon law. The transformation from the Super Broly film was considered a different transformation entirely. Or at least he managed to adapt into it when he was fighting Gogeta. Between the Great Ape Base the brolly was using and the modern transformations of Super Saiyan. It's only a matter of time that we get a Canon version of Super Saiyan 4 or something similar to that.

What I meant was by introducing it for a different character. The transformation itself has been brought into the canon law. Thereby retracting all the negative traits that made up the original Broly from Z. For Example, his origin. If I have to get how much of a boost give the user I would say it to roughly be round the same as the Super Saiyan grade 3, the one that Trunks used against Cell. Except without much of a cost and speed.

Kale is literally just Universe 6's version of OG Broly not DB Super Broly . Kale just went into Legendary SSJ in this scene not regular SSJ . @Batman The no they're not . OG Broly is the same as Kale not DB Super Broly . DB Super Broly's transformation is completely different from Kale's . He transforms into his Ikari form which is him going Great Ape but staying in his human form to retain his speed and agility . Kale doesn't turn great Ape at all she just turns into the legendary SSJ which was literally what OG Broly was . DB Super Broly also adds SSJ on top of his Ikari form . His Ikari form is why his body was growing in size as he was fighting . DB Super Broly turns Ikari first then goes SSJ on top of it and then lastly go full power SSJ.
