It was called "Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans" which was later remade as a additional OVA included in Dragon Ball Raging Blast 2. He was pretty dope and the first ever Tuffle/Tsufurian to appear as a villain.

Eating opponents alive is a weird grey area on whether or not it counts as a kill, not to mention it could just be to spit 18 off the map or something. It the biggest factor is if the enemy digests them or not, because that's how eating would kill an opponent.
