Woke up this morning with this song in my head, Fer. Strange thing, I just recently noticed another video with a different song, also called "Shattered" also ending with Starsk waking up from his coma. Different theme, though. As for the Gap Band, and my age, well, Burn Rubber was released 2/28/81. I was listening to country music by then, so I never heard it. I'm 12 years younger than the boys. Next time you need the car's voice, lift the sound from the first chase scene or the opening credits!

You are welcome, Fer & Thnx for the bday wishes! The actual day was yesterday. Party on Saturday. Thought you'd like to know I asked the band to do their own take on the Season 2 theme! (even tho Season 1 is my fave) Most of them did not grow up with S&H (poor things) but I just got back from their rehearsal and they've done a pretty fabulous, funky job! I would never have thought to ask if I hadn't been down memory lane in this wonderful way! So thank you again and keep posting the love!! Lx

Hello, I'm just curious - If (like me) you prefer the season 1 theme (Lalo Schifrin), why did you ask the band to play season 2 (Gotcha)? Me, I mute the sound for both season 2 and 4 themes when I watch the videos. I can tolerate season 3, but I never understood why they made the change at all. Lalo Schifrin all the way!
