အိန္ဒိယရိုးရာ အာလူးပူရီ The Kitchen

ဒီတစ်ပတ်ရဲ့ The Kitchen အစီအစဉ်မှာတော့ အိန္ဒိယရိုးရာမုန့်တစ်မျိုးဖြစ်ပြီး အာလူးဟင်းနဲ့ တွဲဖက်စားသုံးရတဲ့ ပူရီလုပ်နည်းကို တင်ဆက်ပေးထားပါတယ်။
ပူရီအဖက်လုပ်ဖို့အတွက်လိုအပ်တဲ့ပစ္စည်းတွေကတော့
၁။ ဂျူံကြမ်း ( Whole Wheat flour) ၂၅၀ မီလီခွက် ၂ ခွက်
၂။ ရေနွေး ( နွေးတယ် ဆိုရုံလေး) ၁၈၀ မီလီ
၃။ ဆီ (ဟင်းရွက်ဆီ) (လက်မှာ သုပ်လိမ်းရန် အနည်းငယ်)
၄။ ကြော်ရန် ဆီ (ပူရီဖောင်းဖောင်းလေးဖြစ်ဖို့ ဆီများများလိုပါတယ်။) တို့ကို လိုအပ်မှာပါ။
ကြော်ပြီဆိုရင်တော့ ဆီထဲမှာရှိနေတဲ့ ပူရီ ချပ်ကလေးကို ကြော်တဲ့ ဇွန်းပြားနဲ့ ၃ ချက်/ ၄ချက်လောက်ဖိပေးပါ။ ပူရီလေး ဖေါင်းတက်လာပါလိမ့်မယ်။ မျက်နှာပြင်ရွှေညိုရောင်ရစေဖို့ မုန့်မျက်နှာပြင်ကို ဆီပက်ပေးပါ။ တဖက်ကို လည်းလှန်ပြီး ရွှေညိုရောင်ရစေဖို့ ဆီပက်ပေးပါ။
