Squall needs to cheer up. Aimed Hunter's Eye will be boosted in 6.5 (pvp def 2000 -> 3000; duration time 8 -> 10 secs). More improvments to come in 7.0 (duration time 10 ->12 secs; Stun, Knock Back, Stumble, Spin, and Aether's Hold Resists 500 -> 1000; additional effects instead MA & MR buff added: Binding Resistance +500, Silence Resistance +500). Btw, din't expect to see Main Man and King Jae in this video. I thought I'm watching wrong channel, lol.

Imo this ranking is only right from a gladiator point of view, if you check how all classes asides from glad just struggle right now you would be placing athertech on s+ along with the chanter or at least s, for its usefullness in group and also how it dominates 90% of classes in 1v1 despite the lack of reliable recovery.. As for bards for example, unlike glads other classes currently just don't struggle as much vs them, I don't see how a class in disadvantage against lower tier classes such as sin and sorc(depending on the bards stigma build) would be placed on s tier.. Overall the ranking is what you set it to be, I'd move cleric up one tier while switching bard with sm and just place tech somewhere between s and s+ tier

Hey thanks for your comment. Remember this is not a pvp specific list. I believe the glad too struggles against many matchups, but it outshines the AT in group pvp and pve content. I feel like AT can make it to S if considering its pvp side only... however it's so unpopular that it's hard to tell. I believe a very good bard could take almost any other class in 1v1 because of its ability to cc into recovering through insanely strong healing (quite op thanks to shards + healing boost). Only the chanter is better. The sin used to be its counter, however now assassin's dmg is so pathetic that it takes several stuns to burst someone. The ranger however eats bards alive. That is for a 1v1 situation. Bard offers great utility in group pvp thanks to new aoe daevanion's and dispel, plus the old tools. It is also very good in pve, though not a top dps. Overall I disagree on moving the AT higher than A but surely the list is from the viewer's perspective

@@Nukedw ye my opinion about it was more focused in PvP alltho AT is Ind currently one of the highest pve DMG classes of only it would be used by actual good players and not just ppl wanting ezmode wins, PvP wise its very useful in group and requires few amounts of gear to do so, and solo wise is just a shredding machine for any class that can't heal itself for me is s tier or above. As for bard its lack of DMG in group pvp makes up for how useful it is and yet, is not countering most classes it should, it is just an easier class and easier to adapt to which makes it seen more op than what it actually is

Im a gunner, i feel like a rank SSSSSS+++ when i dmg other ppl, but when they dmg me in dred and i cant move sometimes its like F- XD so kinda true

Maybe im too late ,on commenting it,but I think it would be wiser if u were going to make a tier list seperately for pve(easy)and maybe a pvp list but in relating each time with a certain class(compairing classes vs gladi that I guess that was the purporse of this video) and group pvp.For example u may put a rank S+ to chanter (that I absolutely agree but maybe on the prospective of a pvp sm, the chanter class would be a rank A ,cuz of a massive counter ,if played correctly, that is not hard.

Before, the Assassin class stood out in Aion because it was the only class that could reach the highest attack speed (melee) of all. Now it becomes difficult to alternate between basic attacks and abilities due to the nerf of attack speed. I hope that they improve it in 6.5 :c

THEY WILL BUFF TEMPLAR IN NEXT PATCH BUT I SAW ALOT OF KOREANS DO ALOT OF BURST WITH TEMPLAR IN 6.2 AND IN 6.5 HE WILL BE MORE OP LIKE HE WAS -_-

you should have waited for 6.5 since its coming soon i guess ... but if you ask me you should put the AT a B TIER and SM at S+ Tier maybe you are not feeling it cus you are phy Dps but fighting Vs Sm as a magical Dps is so hard i mean i load at 3stage punch at the Sm and hits him with 4-6k .... also bard should be AT SSSS+ tier man xD

your clearly on the low end of ranking 1 vs 1 arena list ... AT can resist most of spiritmasters skills + if sm dont have new fear most aetertechs can just resist it and +fact that aertecch can remove any stone skin of shield makes sm shields useless. and how is sm on s+ if my ranger on full gold gear is destroyng sms on red gear?

@@smokie487 1st of all its Aethertech not Aertecch :D 2nd of all Sm can dispell the buff that Causes the resist which is *MAGIC VIEL(AKA: TRUMA PLATE TRIGGER)/Instant Defensive Shield(Foucsed Evasion)* that is if the Sm have any kind of sense and 3rd of all im talking about *MAGIC CLASSES* Fighting Versus SM which is Difficult Since Sms have spiritbundling 24h on them im a full red gear AT and my 3 stage punch 8k Dmg on aerot set Sm....

guys remember that this list includes all aspects of the game, my main concern with the SM is that in group pvp it takes a very good group to protect him. In solo pvp it's very good but not on the same level of chanter imo. In pve it's a beast. I think it's very close to tier S but I feel after earth form removal Sm has been nerfed in it's primary role. The AT is hard to evaluate as very few people play it. I think of it as a magic gladiator.

@@Nukedw you're kidding me, right? try playing a sorc if you want know what it's like having a hard time being focused as a cloth class in group PVP. It's by FAR easier being an SM in PVP, the defensive skills are far superior. Even an SW has a better defensive skillset. I play all 3 and have played all 3 classes for years.
