Aion Slide-Shotting/Weaving Tutorial

Great guide. I think it can be learned pretty easily, but like all things in aion, you will have some natural talent towards a specific class. Mine happened to be with a ranger. That's not to say you can't play every class, but for the most part I believe every person has that one class that is built perfectly for their personal talents.

It's the same with every class that has a skill that roots you (meaning you have to stop moving to use these skills). You can even slide-cast spells, but that takes some extra special timing.

Hi, glad you liked the video ^^ I don't think they'll ever patch weaving and slideshotting else there'll be a lot of upset people (and all the sins will quit). I do plan on doing a tutorial on jumpshotting but I'll explain it =) To jumpshot, you need to jump (try jumping forward). As your character lands, they'll do a little "crouch". When they do this, use your skill. It should work, but if you have trouble let me know and I'll try to clarify =)

After playing both classes, I have to say starting out as a ranger is much easier than a sin. Sins start off very weak compared to other classes, but get more powerful later on. Also, I personally find sins to be much more fun and versatile, but they are difficult to play! I say keep your sin and if you want, start a ranger and give that a shot (no pun intended.) Then, once you feel comfortable enough, continue your sin ^^

Technically you only have to hit it once and you'll auto attack automatically, but I find it easier to weave by pressing the auto attack button anyway since it's more reliable.

nice vid dude! xD i will totally try it, but im low lvl right now, do you think this thing of waving and slide shoting will be patched? also, can you explain me what is jumpshot? i have been researching for a while but i just dont get it. Ps: sorry if grammar or spelling is bad, im not a native english speaker :) im hoping for your answer :)

I'm assuming your character is asmo. Elyos characters hold their weapons differently while running.

soo you have to do "auto-attack>skill> jump in direction" all in mid-air right? And weaving here, is when you cancel that auto-attack in mid air with skill?

From your experience should i stick with my 'sin or become a ranger? I'm currently leveling up another character to be a ranger. I just want a class that isn't like lvl20 yet still struggling with lvl17 mobs like my 'sin =-(

i try it and i can do it 2 or 3 times of 10! in pvp ranger withotu slideshot and jumpshot is imposible? becuase is realy hard do it!! you think with ninja walk is better o no? i like rangers but if i can´t do this things i cant do pvp :S
