He is a mbbs candidate ..started upsc preparation, in 1st year college itself, ...then ...after college 8 months for prelims ( october - may ) then , 3 months for mains then 4 to 5 months for interview preparation.. Why the media and the person who cleared only focussed on this 8 month only ...exam process itself took one year... dont misguide others by hyping this ...!

thats true..when my top college engineer frient got AIR 5 in UPSC in 2nd attempt..people were like in only 2 years how he got AIR 5..but he had been taking coaching and self studying The Hindu, NCERT, lakshmikant since the very 1st year of college...he got AIR 5 in 7 years total...

Kindly note that he started his journey on Aug 2022. However, what to be focussed here is his learning aptitude and the approach to learning. It is a myth that if you start preparation from first year of college it is an advantage. Yes he prepared for UPSC for maybe 8-8.5 months and cleared it too. But he made a habit of studying & understanding concepts and consistency for a long time.

Yes, always remember that it is not the duration, rather it is the approach of learning that helps in rapid skill development. Never make this preparation Process Oriented (Number of Hours, books) rather make it Outcome Oriented (Understanding the examiner and building the exact skillsets to tackle the examiner).

Its is his second attempt, where ever he goes he says that this is first attempt. He gave already prelims in 2022 and failed and cleared in 2023 and also given prelims in 2024 and failed

Does he have a mind and speed of a computer??. Its obviously a lie that he prepared only for 8 months.. its impossible!!!!. You need to read a lot means A LOT . Make notes, read revise and repeat and mock test after mock test . How is it to possible to complete all the syllabus in such a short period of time . Reading is a different thing but there is a limit to what the mind can remember.

Right even I have the same doubt even srishti dabas told she started in sept 2022 and may 2023 was her first prelims she cracked the exam with 6th rank that too with work may be they are studying in different and complete unique way but why others aren't getting that😢😢😢
