No is encouraging to skip newspapers kindly understand. We are here focussing on being productive in your UPSC Preparation. The focus today is on gaining more knowledge rather than what notes, points and skills are needed to write better answers and handle interview in a better way. That depends on the family's conditions at home. If you are well off and less distrubnces(in many dimensions) at home than go for it. Otherwise leaving home is a blessing in disguise.

I'm accepting that UPSC are giving opportunities for every people from 1st person to last person of India. It's not necessary to go for Delhi and one can study from any where. It is easy to make statements like these, but Some of his words is not true. At my institute, my faculties has a thorough understanding of the subjects.They are teaching very well in English. They are always well-prepared to tackle any question on the spot. They also have good personalities. However, even after reaching the interview stage three times , he/she have not been able to clear the exam, . Does this mean he/she lack subject knowledge or don't they have English skills? I don't know how the toppers are lying and giving a wrong informations like this to the aspirants . I don't understand being a Bureaucrat what Ethics he have🤷. I think he doesn't have even the subject knowledge of ethics . Because in the foundation values of civil service "Honesty" is one among the seven principles. But he is not a honest person. So, dear aspirants, please do not be misled by such incorrect information
