@@couchiepotato8189 We do all email reminders in NerdTech GHL system. It works perfect. You don't make fields for this. Based on your question it seems you don't understand how it works.

Nicely Explained. The 1st workflow you made using custom webhook as initial trigger is for Outbound call to potentials leads and the second one is for tackling incoming calls. Right?

The first one triggers the call and the second one gets the call data so you can use it on the contact after the call is answered. The second one can also capture the incoming call data as well.

The wait time in GHL is the best way to configure the time of day and also use the drip mode. This will not interfere with anything

Thanks for the video! When trying to update fields with the inbound webhook data, I don't see anything below LeadData on my side, so I can't pull the Outcome or any of those below fields. Any idea why that is?

Make sure you are setting up the post outcome data on the air side and then connect your inbound webhook. You will see all the data if you click on the price tag to insert data, click on inboundwebhook, then call, then you will see all the data to choose from such as outcome.
