not an ethicist but have some thoughts: 1) mandate distinct non-human voice features to indicate synthetic voices (anthropomorphizing bots is not just creepy and inaccurate but potentially dangerous) 2) mandate fallback humans on demand whenever AI is in the loop (this being more important considering how bots already have dangerous hallucinations - now imagine one working your account or sensitive info...) 3) mandate this shit and penalize perpetrators since these bots are being deployed in otherwise entry-level jobs that support a healthy economy and provide opportunities to disadvantaged social classes 4) stop glorifying the tech without also pointing out the drawbacks, social dangers, and dystopian implications - idc about this so much since most people pushing the tech are opportunists and grifters without a moral compass so i'm not holding my breath.

What do you think of Air's new flow? Also, can Nova send emails or texts?

Air's flow is an amazing idea and it's something Nova Echo was thinking about before Air implemented it. The main downside to Air's flow is that they charge $0.86 per minute. It's a very good idea but the cost is just way too high. Nova Echo charges less and offers the same exact features via the CRM. It also allows for emails and texts to be sent out.

@@NashLynch Thanks. I'm on a tight budget right now (the $330/mo is still something I need to save up for, and I would really like to take advantage of the Done For You option, which is probably very, very pricey given they require a sales call), but when I'm able to, I'll probably go with Nova Echo over Air. I was using Air because as long as I keep the volume of calls down, it's not so bad, but the software is a headache to work with. I feel like I have to account for every little thing that could come up in conversation and it's hard to do.

@@shounenbat510 They over complicate the agent building process way too much in my opinion. I used to build out agents using Air but like you said, it's a headache to work with. Nova Echo has an AI prompt generator as well so you can answer some questions about your agent and it'll make an entire prompt for you.
