The doctor who tried to save the young boy was amazing, he always gives 100%, definitely the doctor youd want if you had a bad accident. Such a shame

For those wondering what the 17yr old fell into, it was a sunbed. The metal poles holding the bed up, crumpled under the impact, then pierced the teenager's neck causing massive blood loss as the poles tore open the major artery in his neck just enough that he suffered a traumatic loss of blood to the brain which resulted in him being taken off life support 2 days later.

Why can't transportation of the crew from landing site to incident site be coordinated? It seems ridiculous that they have to run all that distance.

Maybe there was another flore in that house. In some countries it’s quite normal.

He was already down the steps laying in the foyer when the paramedics came to help him. He was coming down the steps and fell rest of way down from losing blood as he had fallen into a tanning bed and the glass bulbs pierced his neck.

It is really sad that the 17 year old patient had died at the hospital from a head injury 2 days after he fell down the stairs at his home. He was in cardiac arrest for 6 minutes at the scene.

Erica, from what I could make out he fell into a tanning bed and the lights inside broke and cut his neck and cheek. May be more to it than that, but I couldn't understand them either !

I also do not understand. How does one fall INTO a tanning bed? I've only been in one once but it was something that I climbed up into not something I could fall into.

I hate t say this, but I’m going to say it right now........The ER Air and ER Ground, should have people to wash the helicopters, and clean everything inside the helicopters and the Ambulance ER Ground as well. There’s too much responsibilities on the first responders themselves. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️☯️☯️

@@billwilson5341 I know that Bill. I’m just trying to make their lives a little easier for our Air and ground First Responders. I respect our First Responders, Firefighters, EMTs, Policemen and Policewomen so much and I do care about all of them as well. I don’t want them getting tired and drained from their jobs. I just feel they should not have to wash their helicopters and ambulances inside and out. They have worked so very hard just saving lives and on top of all that hard work in itself, they could use a helping hand from someone who can wash their transportation vehicles for them. These truly gifted and beautiful people who are out saving our lives every minute of every hour should be gifted someone or a group of people who would love to wash their helicopters, ambulances, and any other emergency vehicles. ✝️✝️♥️♥️🙏🙏✝️✝️👍😉

That's all part of the job - you clean what you use. It's not at all an injustice. In some cultures it's as simple as breathing. You know your equipment better than anybody else, so it's actually better to clean it yourself. And there aren't emergencies every hour despite how hectic the documentaries feel. There's down time when they can do that.
