Air Arms XTi-50 Limited Edition Black Grey - Part 3 - Pellet testing with Air Arms Diablo Field

After testing the superb XTI-50 with a variety of pellets, Sheila from Air Arms got in touch and asked why I hadn’t tested the rifle with Air Arms Diablo Field. She kindly sent me some, so I’m back with the results, along with results from a few other brands I tried at the same time. The splatters are good for testing all day long....its in the description of 'TESTING'..interesting results..its a pity you cant tune the rifle power to suit the pellet..more testing please

Mmmm to be honest on an indoor range at 30 yards id be non to pleased with those groups when you consider the vast cost of this rifle . Could do the same indeed have done the same with a HW100 S A Red Wolf a Steyr Hunting 5A and an Air Arms s500 all at a considerable saving

It’s funny you saw that; the 8’s and the FT’s are next on my list for the XTi. The Walther LG400 I’ve recently got likes the FT’s and a Feinwerkbau 800x likes the 8’s.

All high end stuff will do pellet on pellet, as for the pellets and turbulence, well that’s another matter. Ask a world champion and not a blogger. Pointless video.
